PRICING

All items and fees are in New Zealand Dollars.

FREIGHT COSTS within NEW ZEALAND

Parcel Post Tracked -  $5.00.  Delivery is up to 3 to 5 working days. NO MINIMUM ORDER REQUIRED.

FREE DELIVERY applies on Orders OVER $50. Just enter the CODE:FGSFD50, to activate the discount (only one promo code per transaction).

Once your order has been shipped, an email confirmation will be sent indicating the tracking number. 

FREE PICK UP at our participating Stockist.  We will send an advise via email or phone, if your ordered items are ready for pickup.

HOW TO USE THE DISCOUNT CODE

During Checkout, enter your Code in the Discount Code box and click the + icon.  A corresponding deduction will be applied on to your total amount. 

The Discount Code box or field is located at the Summary Section of the Checkout page.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Choose Stripe, Apple Pay or Paypal to pay using your credit cards.

Paypal 

For secure payment via credit card, we use Paypal. Login using your Paypal account. However, note that you do NOT have to have a PayPal account to use this. Just choose the option Pay with a Bank Card or Credit Card.

Direct Bank Deposit or Bank Credit

If you prefer to pay by internet banking or direct credit, please call +64 21 2881055, or send an email to [email protected], indicating the quantity and the items that you wish to order.  We will send you an email with the order details, our bank account and the total amounts to be paid.  Our bank account details are as follows:

Account Number   -  38-9014-0515049-05 (Kiwibank).   Please indicate "FGS-customername" as reference code.

Please advise when you made the corresponding bank credit or deposit. As soon as it reflects on our bank account, we will send the ordered products, email the freight details and track number.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Please let us know within 14 days of delivery if you want to return the item.  

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Upon receipt of your returned items, please allow 3-5 days for the refunds to reflect on your bank or credit card statements. 

REFUND POLICY

We are happy to refund the price you paid provided we receive the item/s in its original sealed product packaging together with the Shipping inserts.  Please organise and pay the shipping cost of returning the items.
